Currently, the districts that utilize our program are Bay City ISD, Van Vleck ISD, Tidehave ISD, Palacios ISD, Louise ISD, Edna ISD, El Campo ISD, Wharton ISD, and Boling ISD.

Juveniles are also sent to us from Wharton County Juvenile Probation, Jackson County Juvenile Probation and the Matagorda Teen Court.

ALERT PROGRAM

Based on the number of phone calls from concerned parents/guardians regarding negative behaviors of their sons and daughters, the ALERT Program was established.

As a preventative/intervention program,  ALERT allows parents/guardians who are having problems controlling their children at home, or feel their child is at-risk of falling into the juvenile system, to enroll their individual children into the MOTIVATI Program

Parents sign a liability waiver and fill out a health information sheet. If there are no concerns or problems with the health of the child, they are accepted into the program.

A probation officer will meet with the child and the parent/guardian after the program

There is a $50 fee for the ALERT program and based on the family's income, the fee may be reduced or waived.

The program is tough, but also safe and structured. In the last two years, over 500 students have participated in this program. There have been zero accidents, incidents, or reports of abuse or neglect.

The MOTIVATION DAY/ALERT Program is very successful and considered a vital part of the discipline programs of all who participate.
